But there’s another voice in the mix — the bridge pickup is a Arcane ’59 Triple Clone, wound hot at 8.74K. It conjures the snarling, syrupy mids of a vintage PAF, with just the right amount of crunch to howl when pushed, yet it cleans up with spellbinding clarity. It’s like switching guitars mid-song, without touching a thing. From bell-clear cleans to gritty mojo, the tonal palette is vast, like the Doctor’s bag of tricks.
The body is swamp ash, lightweight at 7 lbs 11 oz, perfectly resonant and alive in the hands. The neck is a slim .78 carve, fast and effortless, capped with a rosewood fretboard that gives the perfect amount of warmth to the attack.
